HR Service Administrator

6-month Temp contract - ASAP Start

Fully Remote

£25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience

Are you a detailed orientated administrator with intermediate to advanced excel skills?

This is a full time temporary role for six months starting ASAP and you will be working fully remotely. Equipment, training and support provided.

This role will see you working as part of the HR team, reporting to the Senior HR Operations and Shared Services Manager. Your main responsibility will be working on audit reports, processing data and working on large datasheets in Excel, as well as using Workday and creating PowerPoint presentations.

To be successful in this role you must be highly detail orientated, self motivated, focused and able to pick up tasks and complete independently. You must have strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables and experience of handling large data sets), as well as good MS Office 365 experience. Understanding of HR compliance tasks, working with confidential data and experience with Workday or another HR Management systems would be highly desirable.
