Ambition are recruiting for a specialist insolvency firm on an exclusive basis.The firm we've partnered with is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager or Insolvency Senior Manager to lead a team on either a remote or hybrid working basis.They have been established for over 40 years and have a strong reputation in the wider market for the quality of their work. They also have a very low staff turnover rate; well below the industry average in insolvency.Upon joining you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, including administrations, liquidations and personal cases of varying sizes and complexity. Alongside this, you will be responsible for managing the team below you.This role can offer a definite route to Partnership but there is no pressure to do so if this is not of interest to you.Key Responsibilities(click apply to request full job specification)- You will conduct and progress pre-appointment discussions/meetings with partners, shareholders, and agents, providing relevant advice and guidance as required.- Overseeing the preparation of statutory reports, conducting investigations, reviewing/analysing financial statements, and quality control, are essential aspects.Key RequirementsEssential:- Up-to-date and detailed technical insolvency knowledge and the ability to interpret and put knowledge into action on a live case portfolio.- Extensive experience of people management, including proactively managing performance and driving a positive team culture.- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and delegate to ensure deadlines are met.Desirable:- JIEB is desirable but not essential (for those without JIEB, they would be keen to discuss a pathway to obtaining this).- Previous experience with IPSInterested in learning more?Click apply now, and we'll reach out to answer your questions confidentially and without any need for commitment on your end.
