Your duties will include:

Assisting in ensuring contractual documentation is compliant and the validity/enforceability of security instruments by which security interest is created on properties charged to the Bank
Preparing various documents including offer letters and all security documentation for drawdowns and releases

Your experience must include:

A law degree
Fluency in Cantonese
Excellent communication skills written and oral
Ideally proven relevant loan documentation experience gained in banking but fresh law graduates will also be considered
