Enfranchisement Solicitor (1-2 Years PQE)

A North London multi service law firm is Looking for a motivated Enfranchisement Solicitor with 1 - 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a busy and expanding team.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in preparing applications for the First-Tier Property Tribunal.
  • Experience in attending tribunal hearings and County Court for matters related to claims under the 1993 Act.
  • Familiarity with Right to Manage claims, service charge disputes, and general property management is a plus.
  • Experience in managing a high volume of applications is advantageous.
  • You should be ambitious, diligent, and have a strong interest in business development and marketing.
