As a Legal PA, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications both face-to-face and over the phone with professionalism and ease. You’ll also be responsible for audio and copy typing, including digital dictation, where precision and attention to detail are key.
Beyond client communications, your duties will include supporting solicitors with various tasks, particularly in managing their cases and schedules. You will handle billing, diary management, and general administrative functions to streamline workflows and assist in effective time management. Document and filing systems will also fall under your remit, where you will maintain organisational standards, ensuring records are current and easily accessible.
