Maintenance Contract Support
We are currently looking for a proactive and experiencedMaintenance Contract Supportto join our team in South Kensington.
- This is a predominantly Monday to Friday role
- 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: -
- To provideadministrativesupport for themaintenanceteam
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and appointments
- Maintain accurate records ofmaintenancework and contracts
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to maintenance activities Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience inadministrative supportor similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite andmaintenancemanagement software (planon)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
