Your new companyYour new job working as a Marine Hull Broker / Manager will be working for an established independent Marine and Non-Marine Lloyd's Broker who are recognised in the industry for being a leader within the Marine. Your new Brokers are committed to continuing to work in partnership with their clients whilst maintaining their independent status, with many years' experience in their field, they offer an excellent service for all their client's needs. Due to continued growth within their Marine division, they are looking to recruit a Marine Hull Broker to work within a friendly and expanding Marine team, working alongside Technicians, claims and other colleagues

Your new roleYour new role will be Broking Marine Hull and Machinery and Protection and Indemnity business, together with facultative International and UK Marine Liabilities for both the UK and International markets. Business production would be beneficial in this role but not essential. Within this niche opportunity your new Brokers are looking for the Broker to be able to manage and oversee a team of Marine Brokers and Technicians, with responsibility for managing workloads and ensuring that service levels are achieved. You will also promote your team's training and development, utilising the company's comprehensive resources. As a senior member of this specialist Division, you'll be part of the wider Management Team and will play an integral part of the overall development of this highly respected operation

What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience as a Marine Broker will contribute to the success of this role, ideally from a Marine Hull background
