About the Role:We are seeking a personable, professional, and driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join a thriving sales team representing a prestigious 55+ retirement development in East London. Working on behalf of a highly regarded developer, you'll be employed directly by a renowned new homes agency with an excellent reputation for developing talent and offering genuine career progression.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a beautifully designed, lifestyle-led scheme tailored for the over-55s market. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding potential buyers through their journey, offering support, empathy, and expert advice to help them make their next home their best one yet.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, offering a welcoming and informative experience.

Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Build strong relationships with potential purchasers, understanding their lifestyle needs and guiding them accordingly.

Conduct viewings of show apartments and the wider development.

Maintain an excellent knowledge of the development, amenities, and local area.

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to progress sales smoothly.

Provide weekly reporting to the developer and agency sales manager.

Deliver a five-star customer experience aligned with the brand's values.

Experience selling new homes ideally within a retirement development or within the East London market.

Empathetic and engaging approach, able to build rapport with older buyers.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confident working independently as well as collaboratively with a wider team.

Professional, polished, and motivated by delivering a top-tier customer journey.

Organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail.

A competitive package of £60,000 - £70,000 OTE.
