About the Role:

We are seeking a personable, professional, and driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join a thriving sales team representing a prestigious 55+ retirement development in East London. Working on behalf of a highly regarded developer, you'll be employed directly by a renowned new homes agency with an excellent reputation for developing talent and offering genuine career progression.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a beautifully designed, lifestyle-led scheme tailored for the over-55s market. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding potential buyers through their journey, offering support, empathy, and expert advice to help them make their next home their best one yet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, offering a welcoming and informative experience.

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

  • Build strong relationships with potential purchasers, understanding their lifestyle needs and guiding them accordingly.

  • Conduct viewings of show apartments and the wider development.

  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of the development, amenities, and local area.

  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to progress sales smoothly.

  • Provide weekly reporting to the developer and agency sales manager.

  • Deliver a five-star customer experience aligned with the brand's values.

About You:
  • Experience selling new homes ideally within a retirement development or within the East London market.

  • Empathetic and engaging approach, able to build rapport with older buyers.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Confident working independently as well as collaboratively with a wider team.

  • Professional, polished, and motivated by delivering a top-tier customer journey.

  • Organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
