Ensuring the lobby and communal areas are kept clean and presentable.
Welcoming residents and visitors; and managing key control procedures.
Conducting regular patrols and ensuring any unauthorised individuals are moved off-site.
Coordinating weekend property viewings and assisting residents during move-ins.
Following Health & Safety protocols and reporting any issues promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a residential or concierge role, particularly during night shifts is essential.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
A professional appearance and commitment to delivering a high level of service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong attention to detail.
