About the RoleAre you a dependable and professional individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Night Concierge to join our team at a prestigious residential development in Fulham/Chelsea. As the first point of contact during overnight hours, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents and visitors receive the highest standard of service while maintaining the smooth operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities Of The Chosen Night Concierge:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and accurately log their details.
Manage building keys securely and coordinate access for maintenance and repair teams.
Report any faults or damages within the property to maintain high standards of upkeep.
Oversee deliveries, sign for packages, and ensure proper storage for residents.
Establish and maintain a network of local contacts for high-quality recommendations.
Respond promptly to resident queries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
Handle lost property and assist residents with locating missing items.
Collaborate with housekeeping, cleaning, and groundskeeping teams to uphold safety and cleanliness throughout the property.

What We're Looking For From Our Next Night Concierge:

Driving license essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to tasks.
Previous experience in a concierge or customer-facing role is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
