Operations Director - The Role:
As Operations Director, you will be at the helm of a world-class fine dining group, overseeing multiple sites and ensuring each delivers an unparalleled guest experience. You will be responsible for:
- Strategic leadership - driving business growth, brand consistency, and operational excellence
- Team empowerment - mentoring and leading high-performing General Managers and culinary teams
- Guest experience - ensuring seamless service and upholding Michelin-level standards
- Financial performance - optimizing P&L, cost control, and revenue growth
- Expansion & innovation - driving new openings and market-leading initiatives
Operations Director - About You:
- Proven multi-site leadership in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or Michelin-starred restaurants
- Deep understanding of premium service and ultra-high-net-worth clientele expectations
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
- Exceptional leadership & team development skills
- Russian-speaking preferred to collaborate with key stakeholders & senior management
