I'm partnered with a leading consulting organisation to support in their journey to identify seasoned HCM Consultants to work on a number of exciting upcoming projects. Candidates must have the This will be a varied and mixed role where you will be working with multiple customers from multiple industries, so consulting background and business development / pre-sales experience is required.
To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate:
* Broad knowledge of HCM modules including core HR, Recruitment, Resource Management, Time & Labour etc
* Previous consulting experience
* Ability to travel and be based on client sites where required
* Implementation and configuration experience to a high level
