What we are looking for in our new Pastry Sous Chef?
Proven experience ideally as a Junior Pastry Sous Chef within a luxury 5* hotel or high-quality destination restaurant
Supervise the team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operations
Desire to join a hotel to grow and develop with, and proven commitment to past employers
Training and inspiring the junior chefs in the team
