We are searching for a recruitment and training coordinator, who can bring their Sentinel knowledge into a recruitment and training coordinator role.

We are looking for a recruitment and training coordinator who has good knowledge of using Sentinel and an understanding of NSAR, as well as managing clients, organising workers and keeping on top of the daily changes

The role will include:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates for various rail roles, nationwide
  • Carrying out pre-sponsorship checks on Sentinel and managing sponsorships, upskilling, de-sponsoring
  • Checking competencies, right to work and conducting reference checks
  • Maintaining a database for workers competencies
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and workers and solving problems
  • Meeting with clients to forecast planned works, labour and providing solutions
  • Keeping up to date with Sentinel rules and changes

Who would be a good fit for the recruitment and training coordinator?

An organised problem solver with good rail knowledge who is confident using Sentinel. Strong communication skills will be essential, along with experience in a similar role.
