Our client is offering a fantastic 9-month contract opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their team. This hybrid role, based in Putney, involves 2-3 days in-office each week and offers a chance to showcase your expertise in people operations and administrative excellence.

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the wider team, acting as a go-to expert on UK people processes and delivering comprehensive administrative support.

What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Support:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment administrative process, including drafting job adverts, arranging interviews, and scheduling assessments.
  • Collaborating with recruitment agencies, providing timely feedback on CVs and interviews.
  • Conducting right-to-work checks and coordinating announcements.

Event Coordination:

  • Assisting with events like job fairs and CV workshops to attract top talent.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Organising travel and managing team diaries.
  • Supporting departmental projects with precision and efficiency.

Procurement & Budget Management:

  • Handling procurement activities for recruitment and training.
  • Raising purchase orders, tracking budgets, and ensuring data accuracy.

Skills Required:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role ideal.
  • Proficiency with systems such as SAP or other purchasing/people systems.
  • Outstanding administrative and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
