A progressive civil engineering firm based in South West London is seeking an HR Administrator to join them for a 3 month period. They are looking for someone to assist their Head of HR in the generalist areas of recruitment, HR systems management and HR documentation, as well as general internal HR communications.

This is a hybrid role (3 days a week at their Wimbledon office and 2 days a week working from home). The contract is paying £20 per hour (or £160 per day) and will be inside IR35.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR Assistant/HR Administrator/HR Coordinator role

• A degree or equivalent qualification and a strong academic history.

• Strong organisational/multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, and using recruitment software such as LinkedIn, Indeed and previous experience using an ATS system.
