Repairs Administrator
Our social housing client are seeking an experienced individual to join their office as repairs administrator, this is a fully office-based role offering £25000 - £29000 per annum.
You will be dealing with calls and emails and liaising with tenants and clients, you will be coordinating repairs and providing quotes for these, updating databases, and providing an excellent customer service.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a timely manner. You will have strong IT skills and fantastic telephone skills. You will be experienced within a similar role or have experience within the housing sector. You will be organised and flexible and be able to prioritise large workloads.
