REPAIRS CO-ORDINATOR LONDON, HYBRID£32,949

We have a great opportunity for an accomplished Repairs Co-Ordinator to join our clients welcoming team. As a Repairs Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting the completing of repairs which have been scheduled in the London region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Repairs Co-Ordinator your key duties will include:

  • Supporting the team to ensure accurate information is collected and coordinated to meet the required SLAs
  • Provide stats and KPI data to assist managers in target setting, performance monitoring and implementing improvements
  • Updating all records in an accurate and timely manner
  • Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as managers and trade colleagues

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for the role of Repairs Co-Ordinator, you must have:

  • Proven experience within an administrative, scheduling or customer service role within property services/ repairs
  • Strong experience of producing reports/ KPI data for managers
  • Excellent communication skills, over the phone and via email
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
