About the role of a Resident Engineer
We are looking for a Resident Engineer with a Plumbing or Mechanical bias in Holborn. There are 5 areas to maintain but you will be based at 1 site mainly. The areas are a 15-20 minutes walk away or there is a van that can be used to move between sites. This van can also be used for personal usage.
Responsibilities for the Resident Engineer
- Maintenance work on Plumbing/Mechanical systems this is both PPM and reactive work
- Shower head cleaning,AHUs and FCU's
- Some work on Hot water systems
- L8 water testing
- Working with one other engineer
Requirements for Resident Engineer
- Minimum Mechanical NVQ Level 2
- Previous Building Services experience
- Need to be competent with communication
- Time keeping is important for this client
- Lifting
