Senior Reward Manager | City of London | Up to 100,000 | Legal Sector | Hybrid (3 days office)

We're looking for a Senior Reward Manager to lead and deliver innovative reward initiatives across multiple regions within a forward-thinking and dynamic company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the global reward strategy, managing key areas such as compensation, pay gap reporting, and annual reviews.
  • Reward Projects: Lead initiatives such as job levelling and bonus framework development.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor two Reward Analysts, ensuring their professional growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse complex reward data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Policy Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement in reward policies and practices.


About You:

  • Experience: Extensive expertise in compensation management and Reward projects within a professional services environment (law, financial services, or consultancy is essential).
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in managing complex data sets and presenting findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Project Management: Proven capability to lead multiple Reward initiatives simultaneously.
