Your new companyAn exciting opportunity for a Reward specialist in the role of Reward Manager. This is a global law firm with over 60 offices in more than 35 countries and 5,000+ lawyers worldwide. Your new roleYou will:

  • Create, implement and maintain reward frameworks.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Total Reward Strategy, performance management, reward, benefits and pensions.
  • Reward projects will include agreeing a pay deal / pay increases, utilising data to understand what competitors are paying, internal mobility, looking at the offering to retain employees.
  • Ensuring reward offerings are competitive and aligned with market trends.

What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Reward Specialist with experience within a professional services or at least in a corporate environment, and with experience of a large-scale system delivery project or similar change initiative. This role will suit an experienced individual who has a strong process improvement background, with compensation and benefits experience. A confident and calm manner with an understanding of wider commercial drivers will be useful.

  • Excellent Excel Skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Macros)
  • Experience of VBA and SQL desirable or willingness to learn
  • Experience of job evaluation, job matching and bonus framework design
  • Experience of developing reporting requirements to capture complex reward information
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
