Reward Manager | Permanent | £50k-£55k | 2-3 days onsite | Central London location

Our client is a well-known healthcare charity in London, looking to hire an experienced Reward Manager to join the HR team on a permanent basis and lead the organisation's Reward function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement the organisation's reward strategy
  • Lead on salary benchmarking, ensuring salaries and benefits are competitive and fit for purpose
  • Manage the annual salary review processes
  • Work with HR and SLT to support with talent retention from a reward and benefit perspective

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Planning, implementing, and maintaining reward and benefits strategies
  • Leading reward functions within charity, NFP, and healthcare organisations
