Our client is a well-known healthcare charity in London, looking to hire an experienced Reward Manager to join the HR team on a permanent basis and lead the organisation's Reward function.

Key responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement the organisation's reward strategy
Lead on salary benchmarking, ensuring salaries and benefits are competitive and fit for purpose
Manage the annual salary review processes
Work with HR and SLT to support with talent retention from a reward and benefit perspective
