Reward Manager | Permanent | £50k-£55k | 2-3 days onsite | Central London location
Our client is a well-known healthcare charity in London, looking to hire an experienced Reward Manager to join the HR team on a permanent basis and lead the organisation's Reward function.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement the organisation's reward strategy
- Lead on salary benchmarking, ensuring salaries and benefits are competitive and fit for purpose
- Manage the annual salary review processes
- Work with HR and SLT to support with talent retention from a reward and benefit perspective
We are looking for candidates with experience in:
- Planning, implementing, and maintaining reward and benefits strategies
- Leading reward functions within charity, NFP, and healthcare organisations
- Managing market benchmarking activities for reward and benefits
- Excellent senior stakeholder management
