Job Title: Reward Manager (12m FTC)
Salary: £80-90,000pa + benefits

JGA are partnered with a fantastic professional services firm seeking a Reward Manager on a 12m FTC to start in Jan 2025.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the go-to contact for Reward policy. 
  • Providing advice to HR colleagues and the broader firm. 
  • Leading on operational delivery of annual salary and bonus review. 
  • Pay Gap Reporting in collaboration with ED&I teams. 
  • Innovation of benefits and Reward strategies. 
Skills required:
  • Previous experience in a Reward function, ideally within a complex environment. 
  • Strong analytical ability. 
  • Excel SME. 
  • Some team management experience advantageous.
