OVERVIEW:
Our client is a premier market research company. They specialise in the Rare Diseases and late-stage Oncology space.
Due to continued investment, strategy and growth, they are seeking a Sales associate/Manager to join the UK team.
The main purpose of our client is to supply valuable market insights via Surgeons, which is then supplied back to the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology space!
You would be required to primarily use new business techniques to secure new partnerships for the company, using various methods.
This role is fully remote in England but our client is open to someone may want to be part of a new business meeting onsite with a new client they have won.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- As part of the UK team, to win new clients (Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology)
- In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, including cycle management and sales activities.
- You will be expected to effectively engage potential clients and facilitate future business opportunities according to a data-driven approach.
- You will work closely with colleagues from research and leadership teams.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Educated to degree level
- 2+ years of sales experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech or Clinical.
- Demonstrate a natural appetite and attitude for developing new business.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Work in an organised and methodical manner with excellent attention to detail
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Multi-task and prioritise your work
- Find solutions to problems by reviewing best practice elsewhere
- Demonstrate high level of IT skills, specifically excellent M/S Word, and good M/S Excel.
- Respond flexibly to work priorities and requests
- Work confidently in a team and be self-motivated to work alone
