Role: Salesforce Functional Consultant (Nonprofit Cloud)

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Design and implement Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce implementations.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Experience required:

Salesforce certifications, including Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, specifically with Nonprofit Cloud.
