Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: Competitive (depending on the role)
  • Salary: Varies between schools (depending on the PayScale of the London Borough)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experienced enough to carry out role duties to a high standard.
  • Capable of working on your own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Possess a “Can Do” attitude to work (if you don’t know, find out).
  • Knowledgeable in school systems (SIMS/BromCom/Arbor/FMS/Integris) depending on the role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft IT packages (intermediate level at least).
  • Understanding of Safeguarding, GDPR, and Child Protection.
  • Knowledge of team support and well-being.
