Key Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively on Asset Management and VP strategies.
- Undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews aligned with asset strategies and the budget/business plan.
- Ensuring the proactive property management and maintenance of commercial office properties.
- Undertaking lease reads, site audits, Horizon, and any other system updates.
- Income management
- Communicating and responding proactively with tenants.
- Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
- Relevant experience in general practice surveying including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, credit control, valuation, litigation, service charges
- Proficient in conducting property inspections to ensure the health, safety and compliance of assets.
- Track record in property management and the maintenance of commercial properties.
- Effective communicator including stakeholder and customer management.
