We are working alongside a highly regarded UK law firm and they are seeking a senior records analyst on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will sit within the records management team and ensure that information about records held in digital and hardcopy formats is correct and up to date. You will be required to adhere to the hybrid policy which includes attending the office three times a week.

A key aspect of this varied role is analysing large amounts of data to achieve accurate and consistent information, which will initially require some retrospective data cleansing. You will play a pivotal role in the implementation of retention in the document management system, ensuring that records are destroyed at the right time with the appropriate approvals in place. Further duties will include providing support on a wide range of high-profile projects as well as liaising with external vendors on deliveries and collections.

Applicants will have gained previous experience of working in the records management/information governance sector, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong attention to detail is paramount coupled with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands.
