We are exclusively working with a fantastic independent agency in the Finchley area and they are seeking a strong all-rounder who has experience increasing market share!

This is a very exciting role with a company that values customer service (Not all about KPIs!) and seeking a go-getter who wants to earn a market-leading commission of up to 15%!

Salary package on offer for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer:

  • Circa £25,000 basic
  • OTE – up to £45,000 in first year (uncapped)
  • Full support from the Director
  • Opportunity to progress

Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience listing properties
  • Ideally knowledge of the Finchley market
  • A team player
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Own vehicle
