Responsibilities:

* Be the direct face of the Showroom, welcoming and greeting all guests and visitors

* Offer refreshments to visitors and guests

* Answer incoming calls

* Support the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring everything is working and replenished

* Assist with event preparations for the showroom

* Provide administration support for the sales team

* Keep trackers updated and update spreadsheets and CRM system

* Take messages and make sure they are promptly forwarded to the relevant staff member

* Inform front building reception of all the visitors and record them on the system

* Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and clutter-free

* Make sure the kitchen area is always maintained tidy and clean, and that the coffee machine is stocked, cleaned, and serviced on a regular basis

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

* Competence with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Excellent attention to detail

* Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

* Knowledge of client relationship management systems

* Familiarity with event coordination

Technologies:

* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
