Highly efficient, organised and proactive Team Administrator required to join an established property firm in the heart of the City. You will provide administrative support to a team of 20 Project Managers and Surveyors, working for a professional, friendly, collaborative company with scope to progress.This role offers a great work life balance with hybrid working three days office based.
Key duties:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Organising national travel
- Booking meeting rooms and refreshments for team meetings
- Digital dictation to produce high level documentation (letters, reports and presentations) hence fast and accurate typing speeds required
- Processing and managing expenses and invoices
- Organising induction training for new starters
Ideal candidate:
- 1-3 years previous Team Administration support experience
- Conscientious, versatile and highly organised
- Calm, can do work ethic, excellent communication skills, initiative
- Intermediate / Advanced MS Office
- Experience of digital dictation
