We are seeking a 3rd Line IT Support Specialist with a strong background in Trade Floor, VIP or Commodities services to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing high-level service and enhancing our capabilities with expert administrative skills in Azure, Intune, and Active Directory. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting multiple customers in a critical workspace while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver a professional and dedicated "walk up" Deskside support service to approximately 50 users, with the potential for this number to change.
- Log all issues using the 'Service Now' call management system, resolve incidents where possible, or escalate to 2nd line or relevant support teams, managing ownership of calls through to completion.
- Ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA timescales.
- Handle specific service/change requests, managing them through to completion.
- Deliver IMAC project work and attend project meetings and work groups as requested.
- Work within a shift rota split between the hours of 7am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in Trade Floor / VIP / Commodities service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Natural customer care/professional attitude.
- Technical understanding of PC hardware/software with a TSS3 skill set (minimum).
- Proficient in supporting Windows 10 and 11, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Team player with drive, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
- Expertise in AD Account management and Administration, Azure Account management and Administration, and Intune Account Management and Administration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell.
- LAN/WAN knowledge.
