A leadership role at the heart of the commercial shipping industry delivering and enhancing globally recognised qualifications that set the professional standard for shore-based maritime professionals.  With your experience in online learning, professional education, or face-to-face examinations, you will oversee the development and smooth delivery of courses and exams, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the industry.You will lead and support a team of education specialists, tutors, examiners, and assessors, fostering innovation and maintaining the highest standards of professional learning.  Managing and expanding the online academy, you will drive the growth of digital learning and enhance global access to maritime education.  With a strong understanding of the shipping industry, you will represent the institute with credibility and confidence, engaging with international teaching centres, recognised partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen its education offering.  Your leadership will ensure that the Institute continues to support and develop the next generation of shipping professionals.  This is a unique opportunity to influence maritime education, drive innovation in learning, and make a lasting impact on the industry.  A full-time position based in London.
