SENCO

Reeson Education are seeking a SENCO to join an Outstanding 2-form entry school in Hackney from January 2025.

About the Role - SENCO:

• Lead and develop the school's SEND strategy and provision as our SENCO.
• Full-time, with a competitive salary (MPS 3 - UPS + TLR / SEN allowance).
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals.
• Provide expert guidance to ensure the success of all pupils with SEND.

Requirements for the SENCO role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the NASENCO qualification.
• A minimum of 1 years' experience as a SENCO.
• Exceptional knowledge of SEND practices, policies, and frameworks.
• A passionate advocate for inclusive education with excellent communication skills.
