Senior Technical Director
Salary: 70,000-80,000k DOE
Full-time, Permanent

A well renowned AJ practice that works on delivering award winning, people focused projects across a diverse range of sectors, are looking for a director level Technical Lead to join their dynamic team in central London.

Ideally you will have 10 years plus experience, with the last 3+years working in a similar Director level position. You will be joining the team leading on design, development, and implementation of UK Housing, Mixed Use and public realm projects. Guiding and leading collaboratively with a team of dedicated Architects, Technologists and Technicians and Sustainable specialists.

You will be the go to in the office for auditing of technical standards, management and communication of central information and be the person to share their experience and guidance on standards, materials and detailing.

This is a great position to make your mark in a growing practice. With room to contribute and share your specialist knowledge within a supportive team.

What you will need:
* 4yrs + experience working in a London Architects practice at Director level
* UK experience working on housing and public realm projects
* Mentoring and guiding character
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* An interest in sustainability would be beneficial too
