We are seeking a Health Advisor to support business development and lead thought leadership in wellness and mental health within a business consultancy. This role involves engaging with clients, developing innovative strategies, and ensuring high-quality delivery of consulting solutions.

Description

  • Act as an expert on medical matters for business, engaging with clients and prospects.
  • Identify consulting and managed service opportunities.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting solutions.
  • Engage in professional, media, and networking activities to strengthen brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to scope and deliver health consulting projects.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and elevate the company to trusted advisor status.
  • Support the design and promotion of marketing materials.

Profile

  • Qualifications: Medical degree from a recognised university, GMC registered or equivalent.
  • Track Record - Ideally a background in commercial business consultancy strategy development, client management, and business development.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of medical expertise within b2b consultancy on health matters, areas of communication, adaptability, decision-making, leadership, and networking skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Additional Qualities: Meticulous attention to detail, team player, ability to learn and adapt, and maintain high professional standards.
