This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-end restaurant with a chefs counter dining concept, offering an intimate and exclusive experience for just 30-40 covers per service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in leading and developing the front-of-house team

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold the restaurants Michelin Guide standards

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience with a strong focus on precision service

  • Work closely with the kitchen team in a chefs counter setting

  • Assist with staff training, development, and performance management

  • Oversee reservations, guest relations, and service execution
