Clinical & Practice Administrator

Contract: 8 weeks - possibility for extension

Central London

A leading educational insitute are looking for a Clinical and Practie Administrator to join their team

within this role you will be responsible for managing Clinical and Professional Practice (CPP) which comprises 20% of the curriculum including dedicated half-day teaching sessions delivered by specialist tutors recruited by the team; managing the Curriculum Map, and managing Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) activities monitor the quality and delivery of education

  • Assists the overall Academic Leads in coordinating the contribution from CPP modules
  • Assists the Deputy Academic Lead in recruiting question and station writers, markers and standard setters.
  • Supports Module Leads in the preparation and submission of examination questions and materials for Applied Knowledge Tests (AKT) and Clinical and Professional Skills (CPSA) stations.
  • Works directly with Module Leads and tutors to provide teaching administration for specified modules.
  • Uploads and maintains module content and materials on Moodle and in ASR (Academic Student Record).
  • Works collaboratively with the Module Leads to adapt resources for the eLearning environment, such as turning PowerPoint presentations into interactive learning activities.
  • Collates and reports absences submitted by module leads, tutors and contributing teachers and ensures submission into the Medical School’s Academic Student Record.

Experience working within a high education environment or Medical school is preferred
