The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and talented General Manager for a large-scale business. It is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a high-volume, wet-led venue and lead a team at the top of their game. If you have a strong background in managing high-volume venues and multi-site operations, we want to hear from you!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong background in wet-led venues with experience managing high-volume operations (£200k+ per week desirable)
  • Experience managing multiple sites or multi-use venues with proven leadership abilities
  • Solid experience in managing and motivating large teams (100+ employees)
  • Experience in working alongside kitchen and events teams to create a seamless operation
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, P&L, and profitability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume venue (or multiple venues), ensuring efficiency and exceptional service standards
  • Lead and manage large teams of 100+ employees, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
  • Work closely with kitchen and events teams to coordinate seamless service and events execution
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve guest experiences
  • Manage large budgets and oversee P&L for the business, with a focus on maintaining profitability and performance
