Patient Onboarding Manager

Are you an experienced Sales or Customer Service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences? Our client, a growing London based private healthcare organisation is looking to recruit a dynamic and driven Patient Onboarding Lead to manage their enquiries team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and developing a sales pipeline by working closely with prospective stakeholders
  • Lead a small team of enquiries staff, responsible for initial patient contact, appointment bookings and onboarding, and ensuring the enquiries team is equipped to manage bookings from partnerships and ensure they are accurately accounted for
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM to track patient interactions, manage pipelines and generate reporting
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the new patient experience and increase conversion rates
  • Providing coaching and training to the enquiries team to develop their sales, customer service and industry knowledge, as well as their individual progress, assessing needs, recruitment and appraisals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical and operations teams to align on patient acquisition strategies
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required
  • Report the monthly stats for all sites using IDEAS and Salesforce, working with Events Lead, Head of Sales/Marketing and Head of Operations.

This is a fabulous role for someone from a similar background, looking for more responsibility and looking to work for a highly prestigious healthcare clinic in the heart of London’s West End.

The successful person will have demonstrable experience in a sales, customer service, or patient/client onboarding role, preferably in the private healthcare, fertility or medical sectors. You may also have experience from a medical recruitment background. You should have proven success in leading and developing a high-performing customer service or enquiries team, and proficient in using Salesforce CRM or similar customer management platform.

You will have great organisation and communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A knowledge/understanding of the private healthcare industry and patient needs is desirable but not essential, and background in medical recruitment would be highly beneficial.
