The Role

The school are looking for a Teacher of Computer Science Teacher who is confident in Teaching GCSE Computer Science.

This role is open to both newly qualified and established Teachers however, you must be confident in Teaching GCSE pupils the curriculum as you will be planning, prepping and delivering the lessons.

In this role you will be teaching GCSE Computer Science to a very bright group of pupils. You will play a pivotal role in the success of the pupils through helping the student develop their skills and reach their maximum potential through the delivery of  the course and contributing to the development of School curriculum and student experience.

You will deliver engaging lessons across a range of topics following the curriculum.

The ideal candidates will have experience of teaching in a School environment and up to date knowledge of subject area, syllabus, and teaching methods, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant subject
  • English and Math's or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
  • QTS

 

The School

The School is part of a trust that support young people who have missed out significantly on schooling for example due to chronic illnesses or hospital and medical needs to become socially and emotionally for the next steps. This is not a SEN School.
