They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join their team and assist in the management of a local portfolio of properties.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent service to both clients and residents. You will assist in the development and implementation of service charge budgets, financial strategies, and maintenance plans to optimize property performance and ensure client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and contractors, while providing support to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of service for residents and clients.
- Support the creation and implementation of service charge budgets, financial oversight, and maintenance strategies to optimize property performance.
- Help resolve property-related issues and concerns from clients and residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and external partners, contributing to high retention rates.
- Assist in coordinating property management tasks and projects with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide support in training and developing junior staff, fostering a productive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks, including documentation, communications, and reporting.
What We Look For:
- Previous experience in property management, ideally with knowledge of block management practices and a passion for property operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients, residents, and contractors effectively.
- Basic understanding of service charge budgeting, financial management, and property maintenance.
