We are a young, dynamic firm based in London, and we are seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to join our team and manage a varied portfolio of residential blocks.

Description

About the RoleAs a Residential Block Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing your own portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and run efficiently. You will be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and clients, delivering outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills at every step.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar role within property management.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English - communication is key!
  • A strong commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client queries and day-to-day issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and oversee contractors' work.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing service charge budgets.
  • Liaise with internal accounts to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist with Section 20 works and compliance matters.
  • Attend residents' meetings and AGMs, ensuring all parties are heard.
  • Maintain proficiency in Health & Safety standards.
