We are excited to be working with a fantastic professional services business who are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their busy team.
The role is to support the HR team on a daily basis and will be a generalist position
Duties include:
Being the main point of contact for day to day HR queries
Coordinating the recruitment process including preparing job specs, adverts, job profiles, scheduling interviews and liaising with agencies
Managing the onboarding process including preparing contracts, and company inductions
Managing the leaving process including termination documentation and conducting exit interviews
Updating employee records and updating HR system
Assisting with employee relation issues including disciplinaries and grievances
Supporting and coordinating company training
Building and managing relationships
Contributing to reviewing the HR processes and maintaining
Assisting with company benefits and liaising with benefit providers
General HR duties on daily basis
Key skills:
Professional services sector experience
Studying or CIPD qualified
Minimum of 12 months experience within HR
Well organised, proactive and able to work on own initiative
On offer:
Up to £36,000 per annum
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office per week (on successful completion of probation)
