Recruitment Assistant
Award-winning US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Recruitment Assistant to join their acclaimed Recruitment Team on a permanent basis.

The Recruitment Assistant will provide support to the Recruitment Team for all aspects of Attorney Recruitment and Business Services recruitment functions.
Recruitment Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in launching recruitment search and hiring approvals
- Oversee administration of candidate application tracking
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up on interview feedback
- Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, conflicts, referencing, background checks and work authorisations.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with external agencies
Recruitment Assistant Key Skills:
- 6+ months HR/recruitment experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
