Your Role

Hays Enterprise Solutions deliver Total Talent Management for this exciting and prestigious client, covering internal and external permanent recruitment (RPO), contingent labour (MSP), and a wide range of consultancy services, including DEI, assessment, and workforce planning. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for service delivery within several divisions, leading a team of Business Partners. Working closely with the Client Director, you will take a strategic approach to shape and evolve the service, providing expert advice on resource, requirements, future skills and workforce planning across internal, external and contingent talent.

Key Deliverables

  • Lead a team of Business Partners, managing individual and team performance effectively by clearly communicating expectations, regularly monitoring business plans and KPIs, conducting performance appraisals and rewarding and recognising employees.
  • Establish and develop key relationships in line with the business/talent strategy and contract framework.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships, continually developing account initiatives.
  • Identify development opportunities and work with the management team, International Delivery Centre (IDC) and Solutions team to implement development strategies.
  • Undertake regular business planning to analyse the teams' strengths, growth opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Ensure compliance to service agreements, the contract, bespoke requirements and all legislative requirements, IR35 and AWR by example.
  • Review findings from compliance audit report and provide recommendations in relation to compliance improvements.
  • Record and report on activity and performance at regular management meetings ensuring that all SLA and key performance indicator (KPI) targets are met as per the account contract.
  • Ensure the workplace is professional and productive, free of discrimination, harassment and bullying and provides equal opportunities for all employees.
