An award-winning international law firm are seeking a Early Careers Recruitment & Development Manager to join their collaborative team on a fixed term contract basis.

About the Role

This is a broad role covering a range of areas including the management and development of the graduate recruitment program, development of trainees and leading the apprenticeship scheme. Working closing with the Senior Manager, duties include:

  • Graduate recruitment - managing the recruitment of trainees across the firm including the strategy and managing relationships with universities
  • Project management - vacation schemes, apprenticeships
  • Attraction strategy - overall implementation of the graduate attraction and selection piece
  • Development - managing seat allocation and appraisals, performance and qualification process

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment role ideally within a law firm and experience in an international environment would be an asset. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and being able to multitask is essential.
