- Drive the People agenda in alignment to business goals.
- Own end to end HR operations across the full employee lifecycle in a standalone role.
- Maintain and enhance the HRIS, streamlining and optimising systems and processes.
- Implement and manage the performance management process and building career development frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on ER matters, performance, and HR best practice.
- Actively drive People-focused projects around succession planning, learning initiatives, and talent mapping.
- Regular reporting and presenting on HR metrics to the leadership team.
- Create standardised processes globally; employee handbooks, policies, job evaluations and benchmarking.
- Experience in a standalone position or within a small HR team working across the strategic and operational HR realm is essential.
- A background working in Asset Management or Shipping industries is a huge plus.
- Proven experience working in a global firm is highly desirable.
