Description

路 Sitting on the HR leadership team reporting into the Chief People Officer

路 Heading up a team of circa 14 across HR operations & payroll

路 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy

路 Significant focus on automation and efficiency, and the enhancement of the employee experience

路 Supporting the implementation of workday

路 Responsible for annual audits and control assurance.

路 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Profile

A successful 'Head of HR Operations' should have:

  • Proven experience in managing HR Operations at a senior level
  • Experience of managing a payroll team
  • Workday experience is desirable
  • Transformation experience of process efficiencies
  • People-oriented and results-driven approach
  • You do not need financial services sector experience
